18 U.S.C. 2257 Record Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
The actors, models, actresses and/or any other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit and/or simulated sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained on this Website were over the age of eighteen (18) years, or twenty-one (21) years of age, whichever is applicable, at the time of the creation of such.
All other pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media contained in this production are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 or any amendments thereto; 18 U.S.C. Section 2257A or any amendments thereto; and, 28 C.F.R. 75, as amended and supplemented, because said visual media do not consist of depictions as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256 (2)(A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct or of actual sexually explicit conduct limited to lascivious exhibition of the genitals made before March 18, 2009, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
